		<description>Thank you for the very clear instructions.  Even though I have entered the &#039;senior&#039; years, this is the first time I&#039;m preparing leeks.  They&#039;re going into a bulgur pilaf and I&#039;m sure they will enhance the flavor greatly.</description>
