Breakfast Links Show Up Late

I almost had these posted yesterday, but a group meeting for school got in the way.  There are some great articles and recipes though, so check them out.

Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake Bites with Chocolate Crumb Crust – Jerry at Cooking by the Seat of My Pants brings us this incredible looking recipe.  It doesn’t look healthy, but it has to be good.

• eat me, delicious has caribbean roasted vegetables.  I love roasted vegetables but I never considered spicing them up like this.  I’ll have to try it soon.
• I’ve been big into making bread recently, and Joy of Desserts has some general bread baking tips and other websites about baking bread.
• Amanda at Mrs. W’s Kitchen has Apple Brown Betty’s.  They are sort of like mini-apple pies.  Maybe I am just big into mini desserts today, but they look really good, and easy too, which is a winning combination.
• Jill at Simple Daily Recipes made her own flour tortillas.  I never really thought about doing this, but it looks fun.
• Boscoe The Cookie Doctor claims to have found Chocolate Cake Utopia.  I love chocolate, so I’m adding this to my list to try it.  Like he suggests though, I will need a chocolate ganache to go with it.
